Need to Return Your Purchase?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened coffee, tea or other food product will be exchanged for the same product only. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

Please call 0151 922 8003 to return the purchase to us.

How will my return be credited back to me?
When you return your purchase to joeblackcoffeeandtea.co.uk by mail within 20 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). Items received more than 21 days after the purchase date will not be refunded.

Please do not return items purchased at the joeblackcoffeeandtea.co.uk website to any other locations.

Cancellations
Once your order has shipped it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipment, please call 0151 922 8003 and will will refund the order in full.
